Audi
For the Audi brand, we delivered a completely immersive historical experience – the brand history over 80 years. The concept of the event series was to present the history of the Audi brand in a unique and emotional journey. 3 variations – 3 locations. Historical setting in the 1930s, Rally in the 1980s, and DTM in the modern era.
DHL
For an internal DHL event, we have prepared an exciting racing experience – driving old-school VAN deliveries in virtual reality using a racing circuit in Slovakia. We placed the DHL logo on the racing track, billboards, and the Ford delivery van.
Dell
At the Dell Technology Conference, we delivered a fantastic racing experience using a licensed Formula 1 racing seat on a motion platform with virtual reality. We placed the Dell company logo on the Formula Halo and the racing track in Austria.
Arrow
We were tasked by Arrow, the sponsor of the McLaren Formula 1 team, to integrate logos of 14 sponsors from two categories – silver and gold. We placed the Arrow logos on the Formula Halo, on the racing track in the United Kingdom, and the screen for the best lap times.
Olympia
Since the event occurred at Olympia Shopping Center in Brno, we decided to showcase Brno’s city racing heritage from its history to the modern era. Our VR racing simulators were open to the public, featuring massive 3 Real screens that captured people’s attention and VR technology for the best experience.
Trumpf
For the 100th-anniversary celebration of Trumpf, we prepared a Boeing flight experience with a massive 3 Real panoramic screen. We placed the logo on the airplane so visitors could see it during takeoff and landing. In the air, we switched the camera view to external, showcasing the logo during the flight.
Thermo Fisher Scientific
At the Thermo Fisher Scientific Christmas party, we provided modern entertainment with a space and aviation theme, enjoyed by over 2000 people. We featured a moving flight simulator with virtual reality, a 3 Real screen, a mini VR booth, and an Apollo 11 experience.
ABB
For an internal ABB event at the Star Observatory, we delivered a jet flight simulator with an external TOP times screen for the best times. The event took place on a second floor suitable for our compact equipment. The aviation experience was available in virtual reality, and we placed the ABB logo on the competition screen. Visitors from all over the world could enjoy jet fighter and space VR experiences.
ExxonMobil
The concept for ExxonMobil was to showcase the brand’s history through famous cars and races. The event occurred at the company headquarters, where we placed a Porsche GT1 simulator to demonstrate the 90s era and a Formula simulator with an official Formula 1 racing seat and F1 racing wheel. To enhance the experience, we used iPads to play live recordings of David Croft’s commentary.
McLaren Velo
For the McLaren Velo F1 Live event, we delivered two full-motion Formula simulators equipped with 3Real MAX screens, accurately mirroring the real-life size of the Formula car. After the F1 live race finished, it was time for a virtual racing competition. The RoarFun Grand Prize screen displayed the best times, prominently featuring McLaren Velo branding. We seamlessly incorporated the McLaren Velo logo into the racing track, competition screen, stationary wallpapers, and loading screens.
Oracle sales conference
For the Oracle internal sales conference, we delivered a motion flight simulator with virtual reality for the best immersive flight experience. The event’s theme was “Adventures around the world” – the flight simulator was a perfect fit. VR Motion Flight Simulator operated only for a short time during lunch break and gathered many attendees around the stand. Our quick installation time of less than an hour allowed us to assemble the flight simulator during the conference. Participants got a basic education on operating flight controls – throttle management, brakes, flaps and gear. We took off and landed in the local report where the event took place.
The Moravian-Silesian Region
The Moravian-Silesian Region approached us to create a flying experience for their promotional stand on the Colours of Ostrava Music Festival. The idea was to show the beauty of their region. We used 3Real screens to get people’s attention and a motion platform to provide the best flying experience. Beginner settings ensured everybody could enjoy the flight simulator. Children were very happy to fly. RentFun Wizard instructor supported a motion flight simulator throughout the festival. We took off at the local airport, showing the beauty of the Moravian-Silesian Region in the virtual environment.
Brno Technical Museum
The Brno Technical Museum approached us to provide interactive racing and flying experiences for the museum’s open night. During this event, the museum is open to the public for free until midnight. We wanted to connect immersive simulators with museum technical and flying themes. The motion flight simulator introduced visitors to the basics of Boeing controls, takeoff, and landing. Experiences were occupied nonstop. We used 3Real screens to capture the most attention for a motion flight simulator. Easy controls made the flying experience accessible to all visitors – children, teenagers, and adults.
