You can hire an Ultra package with an option to install the 3Real MAX panoramic screen (4.5 meters in length) for a realistic depiction of racing cars – just like in real life. Pick any steering wheel from our unique collection. Those include officially licensed Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, McLaren, and Sparco wheels from the sim world or a real authentic racing wheels from MOMO, Nardi, Raid, Sparco, and Moto-Lita.

The space required depends on your selection and the number of screens. The smallest racing simulator option needs approximately 1.5×1.5 meters, while the Ultra 3Real option requires about 5×2.5 meters.

Yes, it is possible to use our motion racing simulators outside. For an outdoor event, please make sure you can provide adequate shelter, such as a tent or roof, to protect the equipment from direct sunlight, rain, and wind.

We usually discuss details with the client before an event and adjust the racing experience length based on the expected quantity of participants, schedule, and event concept. One try on a Racing Simulator Expert can be as short as 3 minutes, with 1-2 minutes to change players. The recommended time on a motion racing simulator with virtual reality is 5-8 minutes per try, with 2-3 minutes in between to change a player and explain the controls.

Yes, it is possible to stream live action from the racing simulator with two options. On-location offline streaming to the external screen located a maximum of 20 m from the event – the most reliable cable connection. The second option is online streaming to YouTube and Twitch platforms. We will come with 5G modems and a backup solution, but it always depends on the quality of the local mobile network.

Yes, two options exist: competing for the best time on one racing simulator and connecting two or more racing simulators via the network. We usually advise competing for the best time on one racing simulator; otherwise, another simulator sometimes would be without usage, waiting for another person to finish the race. We can use multiple racing simulators to clock the best time and send results to the RoarFun Grand Prize competition screen. Our support will take care of any competition.

Virtual reality can provide the best racing experience. The VR racing simulator hire is the best option with limited space. The downside is some people have motion sickness. Some people would not try virtual reality with a racing simulator because they had a bad experience with VR before. 3Real screens use 3 big screens next to each other, making the size of the racing car the same as in real life. 3Real is best for getting as many people as possible to a racing simulator – it will catch the most attention.

You only need one ordinary 110/220V power outlet for the VR Racing Simulator hire. We will take care of everything else – delivery, installation and support. No internet connection is required – all our racing simulators work offline.
