Bytestock @ CloudFest

For the Cloudfest 20th anniversary event at Europa-Park, Bytestock contacted us to provide a motion Formula simulator. The goals were to attract more visitors to their stand, create a compelling conversation piece, and help generate more leads by filling out the web form.

We delivered a state-of-the-art motion Formula simulator featuring a licensed Formula 1 seat, Ferrari F1 steering wheel, motion platform, and virtual reality—all in a compact package. To increase brand awareness, we used RoarFun Emotional Branding to incorporate the Bytestock and CloudFest logos into the virtual racing experience. 

Space was valuable at Cloudfest – we managed to integrate experience in an area of 1.5×1.2m. Prizes were ready for the top 3 winners. Our Formula simulator was a visitors’ magnet, helping to generate more than 220 leads. For the best experience, visitors could pick between a race in VR or a big screen.
