In June, we had the amazing opportunity to provide our motion flight simulator for BAE Systems at an international conference. Our eye-catching setup attracted many curious visitors to the BAE conference stand. Each visitor could pick between a flight experience on the screen or in the VR.
Our goal was to deliver a unique flying experience. Therefore, we used a RoarFun motion platform that replicates the movement of a commercial airplane. Paired with a virtual reality headset, it really felt like you were inside the cockpit. The scenario was to have a quick takeoff from Gatwick Airport.
Each visitor got a quick introduction to basic flight controls. We also branded the aircraft with the BAE Systems logo, which helped visitors connect the experience with the company. On each virtual flight restart, beautiful loading screens boosted brand awareness.
