Smooth EVENT in the heart of Atlanta

“We are extremely happy — after 10 years of developing our services in Europe — to complete our first order in the USA, and it went super smoothly for both us and the client,” says Victor Goldobin, RoarFun CEO. “This project was about risk contingency; we identified everything that could go wrong and addressed it before the event. In the end, it ran just like our European events — the only adjustment needed was adapting our equipment to the local voltage.”

Compact Setup, Maximum WOW expereince

We installed two simulators back-to-back to grab maximum attention and deliver the ultimate entertainment. Our compact mobile setup only required 3m x 4m (10 x 13 ft) — an impressive achievement considering we fitted in two full-motion simulators, huge panoramic screens, and virtual reality systems back-to-back. 3Real panoramic screens engaged visitors around a flight simulator, and the whole group was watching on the tip of their toes if a virtual pilot could land. It was a truly amazing flight experience! 

Aviation and Racing Combined

The MRO Americas – Aviation Week conference was closely related to our 3Real triple-screen mobile flight simulator. We strategically placed it so visitors can see the simulator from far away. It’s panoramic view of a Boeing 737-800, flown using an officially licensed Boeing yoke, drew visitors from ten stands away. On the opposite side, our Formula VR experience delivered high-speed excitement using an FIA-licensed motion platform and a Ferrari F1 steering wheel.

Visitors from newbies to pilots and military

Visitor feedback was overwhelmingly positive. One highlight was a visitor from Saint Martin complimenting the flight simulator’s realism while landing at Saint Maarten Airport. Real pilots also praised flight simulators’ physics and authenticity. We had visitors with no experience at all – we provided a very short education and helped them to take off and land. Conversely, we had military pilots with 30+ years of experience overtaking the controls and executing perfect takeoff and super smooth landing.

All-Out Branded ExperiencE

We added our client logo to the airplane, creating stunning wallpapers around Saints Martin airport. For the Fomrmula simulator client used our max ULTRA package with logos added on a formula car, – livery was recreated using our client’s colours. A virtual Monza racing track was packed with client’s branding – logo was showcased more than 600 times during a lap!

POSITIVE REACTIONS AND USA EXPANSION

“It was an honor to deliver a WOW experience and drive almost non-stop traffic to the stand,” says David Bako, who oversaw exhibition operations. The back-to-back layout made a strong visual statement. We partnered with a New York staffing agency for setup, takedown, and in-event support. With our custom event training system, we ensured even new staff were ready to go in no time. “We aim to cover major cities like New York, Florida, Atlanta, and Chicago from our East Coast base. By year-end, we plan to open a West Coast warehouse, and next year, a central hub — giving us true one-day delivery nationwide.”
