Meeting locals in MAUI
After our successful event in Hawaii for Snapdragon (full story here), we had some time to explore the island and have a vacation of a lifetime. At a local market, we met a farmer who told us that if we visited a coffee roaster on a specific day and time, we would meet the owner and local people enjoying freshly brewed coffee.

After we had dozens of espressos and filter coffees, our creativity was off the charts! During our long talk with the owner, discussing local business and our expansion, an interesting idea was born – to create a blend that we loved the most – combining the gentle taste of Indonesian Bali coffee with super-strong Maui coffee.
Grown on beautiful mountains in a tropical island
Combination of a WOW blend you got access to, comes from green mountains from Bali and is freshly sourced from hills from Maui. The RoarFun coffee blend is extremely light, so please make sure you use our tip to brew it without an espresso machine.
v1 great way to prepare our WOW coffee
Best way to make coffee is to grind it fresh for drip filter, French press, or Hario V60. If you don’t have a grinder, take it to a local roaster asking them to grind for V60 (and maybe even make it!).
Recipe for V60:
15g coffee
250 ml of water. Pour 50 ml of water every 30 seconds, 5 times.

Grind all coffee in a regular coffee grinder and put one spoon of coffee into a cup. If you don’t have a grinder, ask a local roaster. Pour hot water on top, stir, and wait 3 minutes.
