MICE @ Events Club Forum

In partnership with the Czech Convention Bureau and Europe Congress, we provided an immersive flight experience for the Events Club Forum in Prague. Our setup featured three large, eye-catching screens that covered the entire field of vision. The pilot’s seat was on a motion platform that replicated the plane’s movements for an enhanced flight experience.

RoarFun’s flight setup is unique: it can accommodate people from 5 to 95 years old, men and women. Although we run the software used for commercial pilot training, we simplify controls so everybody can enjoy the flight experience at your events. Each visitor had an opportunity to pick their local airport. Guests from all over the world commented that the virtual flight looked exactly like their home area.

We used RoarFun Emotional Branding to include our partners’ logos into a virtual flight. The left side of the airplane was branded with “WOW your visitors.” The Right side had “Czech Convention Bureau” and “Events Clubs Forum” logos. It was a perfect opportunity to connect brands with guests’ emotions from the flight. This service caught the attention of many participants, making them interested in future cooperation.
