The Prague Congress Centre annually hosts professionals from the MICE event industry for the Events Club Forum — a prestigious international B2B congress. This significant MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) event brings together international event organizers with leading congress centres, hotels, and other industry suppliers. Attendees from around the world gather to make new business connections and explore opportunities.

At RoarFun, we believe the best way to experience what we offer is to try it yourself in it firsthand. That’s why, in collaboration with Czech Convention Bureau and Europe Congress, we prepared an immersive flight experience using our bespoke equipment. Our main goal was not only to showcase our cutting-edge technology to industry professionals but to WOW and inspire them for their future events.

During this international B2B event, we engaged with numerous industry professionals who were captivated by the flight simulator. We established valuable contacts for future collaborations. Our aviation experience brought the Congress Center to life, sparking enthusiasm for flight and demonstrating how modern entertainment with innovative technology can transform events.

For this event, we designed a setup to deliver an immersive experience, attract maximum attention, and ignite WOW excitement. Our state-of-the-art flight simulator stole the show, equipped with massive 3Real screens and a 3D motion platform.

Three large screens surrounded the participant, creating a panoramic view resembling the cockpit of a real aircraft. Visitors were drawn to the aeroplane simulator immediately. Not only did the pilot enjoy the realistic visuals, but other attendees could join in by observing the flight on the big screens, becoming part of the action.

Underneath the airplane simulator, we installed a custom-made 3D motion platform that mimicked the plane’s movements, offering visitors an intensified sense of flight. Using professional Boeing-licensed controls, we delivered a realistic aviation experience. While our software is designed for training commercial pilots, we simplify the controls to make the flight experience accessible to all—regardless of age or experience.

In collaboration with the event organizers, we strategically placed our motion flight simulator near the main entrance to the event hall. This prime location ensured that every attendee had a chance to engage with our experience upon arrival.

Even those unable to try the virtual flight expereince due to time constraints could view it closely and connect with us for future collaborations. Throughout the day, a steady stream of participants visited our stand, eager to learn more about our services and explore opportunities for their upcoming events. 

Our professional team was on hand to discuss potential collaborations, answer questions, and guide visitors through the flight experience. The virtual aviation experience was a massive hit, resonating with attendees from various event industry sectors and garnering overwhelmingly positive feedback.

A motion flight simulator is a great tool to help generate leads – before each virtual flight, participants were offered to fill out a form on the iPad. They specified their industry role and what area they are responsible for, and we sent an offer that fits our potential client’s needs perfectly. 

Our flight simulators allow users to take off from over 20,000 airports worldwide, offering limitless customization for any event. Given the international audience at the Events Club Forum, we tailored the experience for each visitor.

Before each flight, our team asked participants about their country of origin and dynamically adjusted the flight location to an airport in their home country. Attendees became pilots for a moment, taking control of a Boeing aircraft and enjoying breathtaking views of their homeland. 

For those interested, we also offered flights over Prague, the host city of the congress. This unique experience showcased the beauty of the Czech Republic, leaving an unforgettable impression on international visitors.

RoarFun’s flight setup is unique: it can accommodate people from 5 to 95 years old, men and women. Although we run the software used for commercial pilot training, we simplify controls so everybody can enjoy the flight experience at your events. Each visitor had an opportunity to pick their local airport. Guests from all over the world commented that the virtual flight looked exactly like their home area.

The left side of our virtual Boeing featured the slogan “WOW your visitors,” while the right displayed the logos of the Czech Convention Bureau and Events Club Forum. This creative branding approach attracted significant attention, inspiring attendees to explore similar opportunities for their events.
